The SFMOMA Museum Store is committed to your satisfaction; we offer returns or exchanges on most items within 30 days of purchase when accompanied by a receipt. Items must be in their original, sellable condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or visit our physical museum store for an in-person return.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
